This MEME video can be classified as a "parody". This MEME video is a "transformative" work that does not cause "market harm" to the original (content) copyright owners/holders, as this MEME video makes no attempt to replace or compete with the original copyrighted content in the marketplace. This MEME uses very short excerpts from the original copyrighted material. Also, this MEME video has not been monetized on Rumble (and no method is in place elsewhere to produce a profit off of the use of the copyrighted content).
