Speed square

Set up an appropriate amount of playing areas for the amount of players available (in this case 4 players active, 4 resting).
Players run around playing area, going through each gate until they reach the point where they started.
Once back to their starting point, they run towards the middle cone and attempt to pick it up

Progression: 
Ball in hands
Dribble with a Ball in the middle to pass/throw to knock off the cone
Players do different dynamic movements on route to each gate. eg side shuffles, high knee hops etc.
