Re: Toronto speed camera that's issued over 65,000 tickets cut down for 4th time

Either people have to use optical zoom cameras to monitor the camera (and go through the footage when it's missing) to catch the motherfucker, or they have to COMPLETELY redesign the road so speeding is impossible without wrecking the vehicle.
