Started off my workout feeling hyped—maybe too hyped, thanks to a hefty dose of pre-workout. 🎶 Breaking Benjamin was on repeat, and before I knew it, I was pulling up to the gym!

💪 Workout Breakdown:

6 sets of pull-ups—lats were on fire 🔥

dumbbell rows—these rows woke up some long-lost muscles 😳

Tried hitting biceps, but my back was so cooked it threw me off—ended up grabbing 20s for burnout sets 💥

Got strategic with straps—forearms first, then saving grip for the heavy pulls 🏋️

Overall, solid back day, but arms weren’t quite it. Tomorrow: Chest & Triceps, shifting more focus onto triceps for balance ⚡
