HIIT Workout with One Dumbbell | 50 Minutes

This total body high intensity interval workout is designed to HIIT all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make ya sweat! You will need a kettlebell or single dumbbell and a mat but you don't have to have them to have a successful workout. I am using a 20 lb kettlebell and a single 12 and 25 lb dumbbell. Training shoes are optional but great for absorbing the high impact movements. A complete warm up and cool down are also included in this video.
