Matthew M: I get it. The D's think this is a smart political play to paint Trump as a tyrant and frame the whole deportation program as illegal. The mistake they made was picking an MS-13 terrorist as their champ. Now, they're in deep on this one, and they appear to believe their own spin. This isn't going well, and it's going to get worse for them. The American people aren't buying what they're being sold.
She is unable to vote on legislation, attend committee meetings, or serve constituents effectively while throwing her hissy fit. She needs to be censured and the house need to invoke Article I, Section 5 and expel her.
Trump has ZERO authority over an El Salvadoran citizen who is in the sovereign country of El Salvador. And our SCOTUS has not authority there.
