Kanye West has ignited a firestorm of controversy after making a disturbing confession on X, revealing that he engaged in an incestuous relationship with his male cousin during childhood. The 47-year-old rapper shared the revelation while promoting his new track “Cousins,” which reflects on their shared past and his cousin’s current incarceration.

“This song is called COUSINS about my cousin that’s locked in jail for life for killing a pregnant lady,” West wrote. He claimed their relationship changed after discovering adult magazines in his late mother Donda West’s closet, which led to them “acting out” the explicit content.
