Woman Tries to Scam Store Out of Change and Gets Busted

on 03/02/24, officers with the davenport police department, responded to a call from a convenience store stating that the woman was intoxicated and would not leave their store after being told to leave multiple times. The woman claimed that she gave the cashier $20 for $16 worth of merchandise and never got her change.
