Chester Diedrich, a small-time diner worker, discovers that his friend Ace Larsen has telekinetic powers—he can move objects with his mind. Seeing an opportunity, Ace convinces Chester to use his abilities to win big in Las Vegas. But as the winnings pile up, so do the consequences.
