School Choice Makes Strides In Texas

In an 86-61 vote, the Texas House passed Gov. Greg Abbott’s private school choice program last week. The proposed $1 billion program would enable Texas students to receive scholarships to attend private school, or use the funds for tutoring or other educational expenses.
