Welcome to my strength training workout with Assassin's Creed Shadows gameplay. Periodically, I am going to step away from the game to perform an exercise.

Here is my goal for this stream.

1. Push-ups every 2.5 minutes for 3 hours

2. Abs every 5 minutes for 2 hours

3. Legs every 5 minutes for a few sets.

You can sit back and enjoy the gameplay, or you can follow along for a few sets. What you get out of this live stream is up to you.
