Never think that your situation is one that others can’t relate to. Of all people, it is Jesus who knows your pain. It is Jesus who understands your grief. The Bible says:

“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.”
Isaiah 53:3 (KJV)

Jesus knows. Don’t go to anyone else about it but Him. Don’t turn to friends—they may leave you. Don’t call Mom—she might not understand. Don’t turn to drugs—they’ll take you down a path you never expected.

But Jesus is touched by the feelings of your infirmities.

“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.”
