Amid relentless US strikes, militant group Houthis' defence council convened on April 20. The meeting coincided with US' attack on Yemen's capital Sana'a, which reportedly killed at least 12 people. Earlier, US bombed Hodeidah and Ras Isa fuel port, with the latter strike killing at least 80 people. In response, Houthis have claimed to down US MQ-9 drones and also strikes on US warships in Red Sea. The US is reportedly also planning a ground offensive with Yemeni government.
