Just finished up an intense Easter morning shoulder workout! This session was all about experimenting with cables, dumbbells, and mixing things up for a killer shoulder pump. I started with side laterals, moved into cable upright rows, and finished strong with dumbbell shoulder presses. Plus, I squeezed in some ab work with decline crunches during super sets!

The gym lighting was 🔥 today—perfect for a little post-workout posing to check that progress. Despite not being 100% locked into my diet recently (holidays, am I right?), the pump was solid, and my abs even showed a bit through the madness! Easter treats may be calling today, but tomorrow it’s back on track with back and biceps. 💪
