All the trillions of dollars spent on "surveillance activities", all the spy satellites and computers and spybots and drones and cameras and smart meters and smart televisions and phones designed to track everything from our degree of malcontent to which brand of toilet paper we prefer --- and not one of the employees of all these programs and agencies, could manage to look up at the sky and realize that: (1) those criss-crossing marks in the sky weren't contrails and weren't natural; and (2) so what in blazes are they? And begin an investigation to find out?

This stunning lack of initiative on the part of our bureaucrats and their agencies is frankly inexplicable, unless of course, they were part of the problem all along.

Our airfields, one of the most restricted and regulated and surveilled patches of Earth in this entire country, have been the launching pads for a chemical warfare program against our health, safety, and environment for at least four decades.
