EASY 3x5 120 Kg Front Squats! Last Set.

I remember when this used to be intimidating weight (hell, I remember when 105 Kg was my grindy 1RM). Now I can easily hammer this out, for sets and reps! It will be a climb, back to getting back to my previous best with low bar squatting. However, I think this tenure with front squats has definitely been a boon in the quad strength department. Which should definitely have great carryover, when I ease back in to low bar 🤘🏻.
