Legislative and Executive Branch are elected by ‘we the people.’
The Judicial Branch is appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
When did Judicial Branch does not do the will of the Legislative and Executive Branch, then they are not doing the will of the people and what the majority voted for.
The judges who have given President Trump issues were all appointed by Obama, Bush, and Clinton.
They are not following the highest law of the land, the Constitution, and they are ignoring the people who elected this President and the Congress.
That is why Marbury versus Madison 1803, is so important
James Madison, a Founding Father, the Father of the Constitution, having to go into the United States Supreme Court, in which they created an established, to define what a law is, to Judges that they appointed.
Just think 1803 was 16 years after he wrote the constitution so imagine what why we look the way we do now.
Chief Justice Marshall knew if he did not rule a certain way, the founders were going to possibly abolish the Supreme Court and go a different direction or simply just fire all the judges and start all over.
This is the very reason why Liberals and RINOs look so atrociously ignorant right now.
This is why Patriots must know every intricate detail of this operation if you’re going to try to tote the weight of the news.
Everything taking place needs to and must happen to reset the foundation where the laws and orders will be whole and complete again in the due process and interpretations.
