Mic Cut While Addressing Comal ISD Retaliation – November 21, 2024

This was recorded at the Comal ISD board meeting in November. My microphone mysteriously cut out as I began speaking about abuse of power, sealed grievance files, and retaliation against educators and their families.

The board president later stated—on public record—that no speaker has ever been muted. That is false. Watch closely: the mic worked before me and after me, but not during my remarks.

This is the third time someone from the district has accused me of lying. It's also the third time the evidence proves otherwise.

I spoke as a veteran, a husband, and a father—about threats against my family, false write-ups, and the district's pattern of silencing those who report internal misconduct. The retaliation has gone on for nearly three years. And instead of addressing it, they sealed the files.
