On 18 April 2020, Fauci stood at the White House podium and brazenly contradicted President Trump—citing the fraudulent Proximal Origin paper as proof that Covid came from nature, while pretending not to know its authors. In truth, he had commissioned the fake paper himself.

Meanwhile the White House have just released the following outline of the true origins of this virus. Whether there really is a virus, whether it was the virus or the medical response to the virus that actually caused harm, is yet to be ironed out. It seems most likely that dangerous medical protocols caused most of the harm. It also seems likely that a manufactured pathogen did have the ability to cause some harm.
