Beauty and the Boomer After Dark says it’s Saturday night, and tomorrow is 4/20 , a high holy day for those who like their medicine leafy and their snacks regrettable. Yes, it’s Christmas for cannabis connoisseurs, or as The Waterboy's Karen brigade might say, “a one-way ticket to Reefer Madness!”

But we call it what it is: natural medicine , lovingly cultivated, occasionally vaped, and never judged. Unless you’re a Christian Zionist who thinks a joint is a gateway to sacrilege. (Spoiler alert: The irony of that statement could qualify as a Night Gallery plot twist. Rod Serling would be rolling... something.)

Oh yes, surely we jest. Because satire is our love language, and this show is like if George Carlin and Mad Magazine had a podcast baby with a bong. So if you’re faint of heart or just prone to clutching pearls, better bring a paddle, we’re steering this boat straight into the storm of absurdity, and we’re not slowing down.

Chanda and Oz are back, wielding the politics of parlor tricks and a heaping spoonful of truth casserole. It's been another week that felt like a year, but we made it to Saturday, barely, possibly covered in glitter and existential dread.
