Spent some time with Jay today while he was training shoulders. Jay has been lifting for approx. 25 years which clearly shows. Jay is heavily muscled due to his long term commitment to exercise and eating right. Jay is a very approachable guy, so I'm sure he would not mind taking questions form our less experienced members.
Jay is 49 years old and currently weighs and impressive 225lbs.
