Wife of Violent MS-13 Illegal Alien Refuses to Answer Question About 2021 Protective Order She Filed Against Him

Jennifer Vasquez, the wife of deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia, refused to address questions about a 2021 protective order she filed against her husband for domestic violence during an interview with ABC News.

The exchange saw Vasquez dodge a direct question from host Michael Strahan about whether she feared her husband.

Michael Strahan (ABC News): “I have to ask it. You did take out a temporary order of protection against your husband in 2021. Were you in fear of your husband?”

Jennifer Vasquez: “My husband is alive. That’s all I can say.”

Court documents uncovered by The Chesapeake Today reveal that Vasquez filed for a protective order against Abrego Garcia on May 13, 2021, in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

A final order was issued on June 17, 2021, by District Court Judge LaKeecia Allen, who was later elevated to the Circuit Court by Democrat Governor Wes Moore.

Vasquez’s emotional appeals have fueled a GoFundMe campaign that has raised over $170,000, with the page describing Abrego Garcia as “an excellent father” who has “always been there” for his three children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum and one with epilepsy.

The page, written by Vasquez, claimed:

“Kilmar is an excellent father. He has always been there for our three children and all of their needs. Two of them are on the autism spectrum (ages five and nine), and our third has epilepsy (age 10). Kilmar has been the main provider of our household and the love of my life for over seven years. Since our family has been separated, I have been devastated and confused. I lost my life partner, my children lost their father, and all of our family, neighbors, co-workers, and friends have been devastated due to this unjust family separation.”

Notably absent from the fundraising page is any mention of the 2021 protective order or Abrego Garcia’s MS-13 ties.

Ahead of a court hearing for her husband on Tuesday, whom she previously accused of domestic violence, Jennifer Vasquez pleaded to the American people for her illegal alien husband’s return to the U.S. so he can continue to reside here illegally.

Vasquez: Today is 34 days of after his disappearance, and I stand before you filled with spirit that refuses to bring down. I will not stop fighting until I see my husband alive. Kilmar, if you can hear me, stay strong. God hasn’t forgotten about you. Our childrens are asking, when would you come home? And I pray for the day I tell them the time and date that you’ll return.

Democrats and their media allies are working overtime to frame Abrego Garcia as a loving “Maryland dad” who was “wrongfully deported.”

What they won’t tell you is that Garcia has been tied to the transnational criminal organization MS-13 and was deported under the Alien Enemies Act following two separate court rulings that confirmed his gang affiliations.
