ATF and DOJ Incarcerate Man with an INERT RPG

Patrick Tate Adamiak is facing 20 years in jail due to a lot of bogus nonsense from the Department of Justice and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives working together to prosecute him for having a so-called machine gun and destructive devices.

However, in a video, you can see how ridiculous this claim is, as they do not have a functional RPG-7 at all, it's a training dummy, but they changed it enough and claimed it was functional.

It is a miscarriage of justice.
