In his estimation, the majority of the negative risks (e.g. tariff uncertainty, slowing economic growth, weakening consumer) are already priced in to stocks and bonds.

While he expects markets will likely remain volatile over the next few months and could retest the recent lows, he doesn't expect material new lows. And in the latter half of the year, markets will start pricing in better times ahead.
