04/16/2025 The tape provided by the AstraZeneca whistleblower shows that as early as 2017, the U.S. Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and AstraZeneca began working together on a "Pan Influenza Pandemic Preparedness Plan" in which the DOD would identify potential pandemic viruses and the pharmaceutical companies would produce vaccines and therapeutics for those viruses within 60 days.
