Harrison Fields says Dems have no chance at taking House in 2026: ‘They are doubling down on stupid’

White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields says Democrats aren't capable of refocusing their party and gaining back control of the House by the 2026 midterms. “The Democratic Party is the party that’s in shambles right now. I don’t see them turning this thing around. They are doubling down on stupid, they are dying on hills that do not need to be died on, and they will have to answer for that in two years,” he says. “But in the meantime, President Trump is moving full steam ahead and the American people are in full support.”
