F.E.A.R. 2 (PC) - Game Time Live

I delayed my next stream to spend time troubleshooting and setting up FEAR 2 to run smoothly. I found these settings to be optimal for it to run smooth and improved latency.
The settings for the NVIDIA hardware also benefit the original FEAR and its expansions as well.

Side note: I had delay due to inteference with OneDrive, ended up turning it off and re-did a bunch of files manually.

Recommended Settings:
These will essential reduce latency, keep your outgoing video output at 4K @ 120 Hz VRR regardless of the game's fullscreen resolution as well as assist the games performance and avoid conflict with uncapped FPS.
