Secretary Rubio Says U.S. Will Soon Decide on End of Ukraine War

"If it is not possible to end the war in Ukraine, we need to move on," Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters as he departed meetings with European diplomatic and military leaders in Paris. Secretary Rubio said the U.S. would decide "in a matter of days whether or not this is doable in the long run."
