Vice President Vance Meets with Italian Prime Minister Meloni

Prior to their meeting in Rome, Vice President Vance and Italian Prime Minister Meloni spoke briefly with reporters. Regarding the war in Ukraine, the vice president said he was "optimistic that we can hopefully bring this brutal war to a close."
