Azov battalion

In Ukraine, they officially announced the creation of the 1st Corps of the National Guard on the basis of structures associated with "Azov" - now in a full corps format. Formally, it is a reform, but in fact, it is a consolidation.

The following iconic brigades were included:
▪️ 1st presidential "Bureviy",
▪️ 12th "Azov",
▪️ 14th "Red Kalina",
▪️ 15th "Kara-Dag",
▪️ 20th “Lubart”.

The person who heads all of this is a man who everyone has known for a long time – Denis “Radis” Prokopenko. The man who first surrendered at Azovstal, then returned from captivity, and is now fighting again.
