1. **Strategic Strikes:** Russia launched nine high-precision strikes, targeting and neutralizing Ukrainian UAV production facilities, airfield infrastructure, weapons depots, and foreign mercenary sites. Follow-up strikes on April 18 confirmed destruction of key infrastructure.

2. **Northern Front (Kursk, Belgorod, Kharkov):** Russian troops inflicted heavy losses on Ukrainian mechanized, tank, and airborne units, neutralizing 1,900 personnel and destroying significant equipment, including HIMARS systems and electronic warfare (EW) systems.

3. **Western Front:** Tactical gains were secured with over 1,730 Ukrainian personnel neutralized. Russia destroyed numerous NATO-provided systems, disrupted logistics, and eliminated Ukrainian EW and artillery capabilities.
