I Thought I Knew Chocolate Salami… Then I Made This

I thought I knew what chocolate salami was—until I made this. This dessert honestly broke my brain. It’s inspired by the classic salame de chocolate we all know from Portugal, but I’m giving it a tropical twist: rolled in grated coconut and served with a zesty coconut lime yogurt sauce that completely changes the game.
Don’t worry—this recipe keeps everything you love about the original: rich chocolate, biscuit crunch, that nostalgic texture… but then comes this punchy, creamy sauce and that coconut coating. Suddenly, it’s not just a childhood favorite—it’s a restaurant-worthy dessert.
