The purpose of the ruling was to allow Craighead County GOP member Tim Loggins to file an illegal complaint against Pulaski County GOP member Lori Justice. Loggins is being coached by the GOP RINO Consultant Class who are trying to remove conservative/MAGA/TEA Party members from the Republican Party of Arkansas.
