Pickup Broadsides Police Car, LIVINGSTON, April 17, 2025 - At approximately 4 pm on April 17, 2025, Officer Robert Fuller with the Livingston Police Department was north-bound on North Houston Street. As Officer Fuller was about to pass Abby Street, a black 2013 Ford F-150 pickup attempted to cross Houston but failed to yield to Fuller. The pickup broadsided the police car and knocked it into a utility pole. The pickup (driven by Stevi Nicole Pendley Allegmang, 18, of Livingston) pulled off 146 and stopped on Abby. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, and multiple Officers with the Livingston Police Department. Troopers Terrence Dickens and Damon Zarate with The Texas Highway Patrol were dispatched to investigate the accident. Fuller's doors were jammed from the accident and he was entrapped. Firemen used the Jaws-of-Life to cut the door off the car to free fuller. Neither Fuller nor Allemang were injured. Allegmang is facing a citation for failing to yield to Fuller. Fuller's car was recovered by Smith Towing out of Livingston while Allemang's pickup was recovered by Kwik Tow out of Livingston.
