Good morning! 🚨 Today was all about conquering the gym with chest and triceps day 💪. I switched things up by focusing on triceps first, with a killer routine of overhead tricep extensions and tricep pushdowns. Those supersets had my arms on fire 🔥 and I felt the pump working its magic. 💥

Moving to chest, I worked incline dumbbell presses, flat bench dumbbell presses, and finished strong with flat bench flies. The goal? Master the basics before stepping up to the decline variations. Consistency is key, and I’m all about dialing in my form and making steady gains. 💯

I wrapped it up with abs—supersetting leg raises and crunches—and managed to squeeze in some cardio to round out the session. Not bad for a morning grind session! Tomorrow? Leg day! 🏋️ Stay tuned as I take on hack squats and deadlifts in pursuit of progress.
