In this broadcast, I will review different types of therapy and support available for individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD. Those who see the impact of trauma on their lives often find themselves navigating the complex landscape of trauma recovery by exploring what help and treatment can look like.

I will provide some overall perspectives and reasons why therapy can be helpful. But I will also dive into specific approaches in theray when it comes to work through trauma.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Exposure Therapy
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Families Systems Therapy
- Somatic Therapy
- Complementary and Alternative Medicine

I will also share some helpful takeaways. It's important to remember that each of us learn, heal and process in a variety of ways. What helps one person may not exactly be helpful for another.

I pray that what I share can help bring encouragement and grounded perspectives.
