A Valid Social Security Card is a National Identification Card;
BUT WE DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!

As the linked section of the Code of Federal Regulations 20 CFR § 422.520 confirms the Social Security Administration (SSA) is required by this regulation to use FORM OA-702 Social Security Number Card and OAAN-5028—Evidence of Application for Social Security Number Card.

Neither of these Forms are used by SSA, and as a result you do not have a valid Social Security number card, nor evidence you applied for one.

Instead counterfeits of these Forms are used. The Card we get does not have any Form number on it, and SSA says it uses SSA- 5028 (not regulation required OAAN-5028) as the “receipt issued by the Social Security Administration (SSA) confirming that an application for a Social Security Number (SSN) has been filed”.

According to SSA History, FORM OA-702 Social Security Number Card is our National Identification Card, explaining why the Administrative State would conceal it and VOID the form in violation of regulation.

Where is Presidential oversight and enforcement?
