Teacher, can you hear me now?
From Asteroid B 612, I send a vow
Long ago I walked your Earth, small and wide-eyed
Trying to understand the hearts you hide

You say “yes” but think “no,” a confusing song
And your egos still dance, proud and strong
My story’s face on cups and ties,
But you missed the truth behind my eyes

You can only see with the heart
The rest will tear your world apart
What’s essential is invisible,
But oh, so indivisible
And now the children, they’ve returned
To teach what you still haven’t learned
From the stars they’ve come to be
Messengers of what we cannot see

They carry light in indigo hues
With hearts wide open, ancient truths
Twelve strands of gold inside their code
Yet they’re stuck in chairs, in silent mode

They feel your pain, they feel your lies
Your hidden grief behind bright eyes
Like naked babes in fields of thorns
They walk your warzones, deeply worn
