The public record shows that no Congress ever declared war related to the so-called "American Civil War" as required by all three Federal Constitutions.

Period.

What this means is that this "war" was in fact an illegal mercenary conflict. That is borne out by additional public records and by the fact that no formal peace process resulting in treaties ever settled the mess.

This illegal mercenary conflict has led to an equally illegal mercenary occupation of this country by armed forces that are supposed to be under contract to the people of this country to protect and serve us under The Constitution of the United States of America.

These Federal Subcontractors operating out of the District of Columbia have been in a constant state of martial law since April of 1863, a circumstance that has given rise to the Hague Conventions and declarations of "National Emergency" every two years for as long as anyone can remember.

Mr. Trump's recent declaration of "Martial Law" on April 20th is a continuance, demonstrating that nothing has changed.

What they, our British Territorial (Tory) Subcontractors deem to be a "national emergency" is merely the failure of the American Federal Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic, which ceased doing business in 1861; they have conveniently forgotten the Federation of States of the Union that gave rise to the "Federal Government" and delegated the powers that they exercise to them.

Nonetheless, we haven't forgotten. We, the State Citizens known as the People, delegated the Powers and enumerated them, and charged our Federal Employees -- both military and civil service -- to obey their limitations.
