A shocking murder case has surfaced from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Initially believed to be a tragic snakebite incident, the death of a man named Amit has now been confirmed as a premeditated murder.

Postmortem findings revealed that Amit died due to strangulation—not a snakebite. According to police, his wife Ravita, along with her boyfriend Amardeep, strangled Amit to death. To mislead investigators, they allegedly bought a poisonous snake from a snake charmer and released it on Amit's bed after the murder. The snake bit Amit 10 times, creating the illusion that he died from snakebite.

Both Ravita and Amardeep have been arrested.
