In this video, I review the DUMOS Criss Cross Office Chair and walk you through the full unboxing and assembly process so you’ll know exactly what to expect. My wife and I both test it out on camera so you can see our initial reactions, and then I use it for over a week before giving you my honest take.

Long story short: I love this chair. It’s comfortable, looks great, and fits my needs really well.

One of my favorite things is that it doesn’t have armrests, which makes it super easy to get in and out of. And since it doesn’t have wheels, it stays put—solid and stable. The chair spins smoothly, has a great feel when you lean back, and the seat is firm without being too stiff.

It’s also roomy enough for me to sit cross-legged in (I’m 5’8”), which is a rare win for office chairs. If you’re much taller, you might not have the same experience, but it’s still spacious overall.

This chair comes in multiple colors and materials. I chose the textile option, but faux leather is available too. After using it for a while, I feel really good about the decision.
