VLOG 747: permobil F3 seat lift bug & swapping some parts!

today we're working on a 2022 permobil F3 that has a strange issue with the seat lift REFUSING to lower all the way! (this was an issue on some 2021 & 2022 chairs only) then we swap out the arm rests, and look at some other things :^)
