Post-Conditioning Lower Body Small Workout

As is my want of late, I began with 5x sets per leg of Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats holding a single kettlebell ion the opposite hand as the working leg. These were in the 12+ rep range

For direct hamstring work I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Lying Hamstring Curls. These were in the 15+ rep range
