On April 13, in broad daylight and in full view of passers-by on Sovetov Street, Novorossiysk, the man shamelessly urinated on a parked police vehicle.

Smirking and seemingly proud of his public display of defiance, the man calmly zipped up and walked off, unaware that his little act of rebellion would soon turn into a cautionary tale of “FAFO” (F*** Around and Find Out).
