Farbood is an athlete & investor with Naval at Ravikant investing. He's been promoting his HIIT protocol on Twitter so I thought I'd take it out for a spin.

Farbood's HIIT Protocol
Upper Body (all out) - 1 minute (rower / assault bike)
4 minute recovery
Lower Body (all out) - 1 minute (stationary bike)
2 days on. 2 days off.
6 minutes of total work / week.
