I previously tested out Farbood's HIIT protocol. I had been doing it that way for months and realized after I shot it that i had been doing it WRONG.

Here's the official protocol. Enjoy.

Farbood's HIIT Protocol
Upper Body (all out) - 1 minute (rower / assault bike)
4 minute recovery
Lower Body (all out) - 1 minute (stationary bike)
2 days on. 2 days off.
6 minutes of total work / week.
