Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps | Blackstone Griddles
These sweet and spicy buffalo chicken wraps are a campground favorite in Jeremy's family—and it's easy to see why. With tender grilled chicken, a honey-kicked buffalo sauce, and crisp, fresh toppings all wrapped in a giant tortilla, this recipe is the perfect balance of bold flavor and satisfying crunch. Try it for your next camping lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
Large Tortilla
Blue Cheese Dressing
Chicken Cutlets (one per wrap)
Saltt, Pepper, Garlic
Avocado Oil
Shredded Lettuce
Red Pepper
Sliced Carrots
Sliced Pickles
Frank’s Hot Sauce
Butter
Honey
Tabasco
Lemon
Directions
1. Prep Veggies by shredding lettuce, slicing red pepper, and slicing carrots into thin strips
2. Prep Chicken Cutlets with avocado oil and Blackstone SPG Seasoning
3. Turn your side burner on to low heat and use a small saucepan to mix Frank’s Hot Sauce, Butter, Honey, Tabasco, and Lemon to taste.
4. Cook chicken cutlets on griddle on high heats
5. When done cut the chicken into small cubes and and combine with the sauce
6. Spread Blue Cheese Dressing on the tortilla
7. Add a bed of lettuce, chicken, carrots, red pepper, a pickle to the top, blue cheese, and another squeeze of lemon if desired.
8. Roll and seal the wrap. Eat and Enjoy!
