How Many Days and Nights Was Jesus in the Grave?

This is a question that often comes up this time of the year.

After all, tradition says Jesus was crucified on Friday and resurrected on Sunday. But Jesus claimed He would be in the grave for three days and three nights in fulfillment of the sign of the prophet Jonah (Matthew 12:39-40).

That creates a problem, because you can't get three days and three nights out of a Friday to Sunday timeline. So what really happened?

In today's video, we look at what the Bible says - examining the scriptures to find the truth. Most important, we talk about why this time of year is fertile ground for sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
