7D2D Awesome Hotel Full of Zombies!!

I came across "Quagmires Overlook Hotel" in 7 Days to Die. It's a FUN POI.
LOTS of loot and zombies. I heard clicking the like button gives you good karma. :-)

PEP POI Expansion Pack, Better Vehicle Upgrades, GNS Beautiful Bases,
Greybeards Pickables, Greybeards Wrenchables, Bdubs Vehicles, Danzo Lootbag Increase Timer(makes the lootbags NOT despawn as fast), PGz Massive cities, PGz Boosted Cities. Those last two are awesome you can start out in a HUGE city in the forest biome instead of a tiny four street town.
