Ed Fischbach is a true son of American liberty, rising as a prominent advocate for landowners’ rights in South Dakota since companies heavily subsidized by the federal government have threatened eminent domain for their proposed carbon capture pipelines.

Fischbach has played a crucial role in shaping South Dakota's legislative and public response to these pipelines. Among recent victories are rejection of Referred Law 21 in November 2024, and passage of HB 1052 in January 2025. The latter limits the use of eminent domain for CO₂ pipelines in South Dakota.

Ed Fischbach is a fourth-generation farmer from Spink County, South Dakota.

His interview is part of the John Birch Society’s new documentary UNearthing the CO2 Pipeline by Stand Your Ground Studios.

They Want Your Land. And They’re Using Your Tax Dollars to Take It.

“U.N.Earthing the CO2 Pipeline” exposes the globalist land grab hiding behind green rhetoric—and the U.N.’s real mission: control the land, control the people.
